Pricing

All pricing is in Canadian dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All items are subject to GST (5%) for Canadian residents and some products are subject to PST (8%).  Cloth diapers, covers, training pants, hats and baby clothing are all PST exempt.  Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick are subject to 14% HST.

All taxes will be applied at checkout, based on the parcel's destination.

Shipping

Within Canada

As always, all local orders in the Alliston area enjoy FREE delivery!!

All packages will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  Most parcels will arrive within 1-10 business days.

We offer a FLAT RATE shipping charge of $10.00 +GST. This includes FULL insurance and tracking.

FREE shipping on all orders over $250.

If you would like your order to arrive faster simply enter ”EXPRESS” in the voucher option at the checkout.  We will contact you with your shipping costs.

If we can ship your order by lettermail (for example a single diaper cover or diaper) we will contact you and reimburse you for the shipping costs billed.  We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items as there is no insurance with lettermail.

U.S.A

We temporarily have a flat rate of $12.50 to anywhere in the U.S.A. 

Amount will be applied upon checkout.  Depending on the size, weight and destination, you may be billed additional fees for the difference in shipping charges.
US customers will be responsible for all duty and taxes encountered at customs.  Insurance included up to $100

International

For all international orders, please contact us with the items you would like to order and the shipping destination and we will inform you of the actual shipping charges.

In our many efforts to help the environment and our forests, we use clean, happy boxes that are ready to go on another journey from us to you. 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If for any reason you aren’t completely happy, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned for exchange or credit minus the actual shipping costs. 
As per Health Canada regulations there will be NO refunds, exchanges or credit given on used or washed cloth diapers or clothing.  
 
Please contact us BEFORE returning an item.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend insurance as we are not responsible for returned items lost through the mail.

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is collected for business with our company.  We will not sell, trade or publish any information you have given us under any circumstances and we will protect all information given to us.
